We reserve our right not to accept an applicant and/or to cancel registration of a registered student and limit him/her from attending some or all sessions at our discretion. There shall be no refund under these circumstances.
Small group sessions can be cancelled based on attendance levels at our discretion.
Students may cancel their registration within 3 days after registration for our services for a nonrefundable cancellation fee of $250. There shall be no refund after this prescribed period.
Optional Score Guarantee: (A) ACT – 8 point increase or achieve 34 out of 36, or (B) SAT – 300 point increase or achieve 1500 out of 1600. We use Student’s initial score in ACT/SAT Combination Test and the final score from the Official ACT or SAT taken within 90 days after completion of our session. We expect Students to attend a minimum of 90% of classes of all sessions, and put in their best efforts to achieve their desired scores. In case Students are unable to achieve guaranteed score levels, Students can attend our Premium Package session(s) for only $500 until achieving the guaranteed score level for up to 9 months. Summer Special and Premium Value Package are not covered under this Guarantee.
90% attendance level is required in the Premium Value Package (plus Bridge, if applicable) sessions to qualify for the ‘Score Guarantee.’
Student and Parents agree to report test scores to Academic Navigator, LLC, and authorize use of Student’s name and other information in Academic Navigator, LLC advertising, promotional, and other materials.
